Statement regarding the Hour Of Power show and Annecto closure

With the recent announcement that Annecto Disability Support Services will be closing down, Apple 98.5FM have decided to put the “Hour Of Power” program on hold. For around a decade The Hour Of Power has been a program for clients of both Annecto (formerly Merrimu Special School) and Mambourin Support Services to talk on the radio, dance, exercise and have fun.

We are disappointed that we’ve had to put this show on hold. We are hopeful that it can return to the airwaves in the near future in conjunction with other disability support services in the Shire Of Moorabool.
